Holiday Toy Drive

Toy Pantry (1).png

When do we need the toys?

As soon as possible!

The Toy Pantry will run from Saturday, December 5th, through Sunday, December 20th. The latest we can accept toys is December 19th.

Where should I drop off my toy donations?

Toys and Toy Drives may be dropped off by appointment, or we are offering a no contact drop off option this year.  This is also the same drop off process for blankets, quilts, hats, gloves, socks, stocking stuffers, and stuffed animals.

By appointment:  Please email Missy Reams at mreams@bidwellriverside.org or at 515-244-6251 option 5. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for scheduling.

No contact Drop-off Bin:  Starting Monday, November 30th, there will be a no contact drop off bin to drop off toys behind the yellow building by our administrative office (yellow building).  The bin will be outside and people can just put new toys in the bin and we will come out bring them in.  No contact drop off times will be:

  • Mon 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Tue 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Wed 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Thu 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

  • Fri 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

  • Sat 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

No contact drop off – staying in your car option:  If you call a day ahead, we can coordinate a no contact drop off time.  You will pull up in your car and just pop the trunk and we will grab the items for you, and you don’t even need to get out of your car.  Please call 515-244-6251 to schedule this, and allow a minimum of 24 hours to schedule.

Note:  The drop off box will be behind the yellow building, under the awning.  There is a sidewalk between the yellow building and the playground.  It will be right in there.

Donate Toys

Bidwell Riverside Center is hosting a toy drive for families in need. The toys will be used in our  Holiday Toy Pantry in December to help families who may need a little extra help this holiday season. Last year, we provided toys to more than 1,700 children!

Shop our Amazon Toy Pantry List

We know some people may not be comfortable spending time in the store and then dropping the toys off at Bidwell, so we created an Amazon list! When you purchase toys from this list, they ship directly to us, making it easier than ever to support the Bidwell Riverside Holiday Toy Pantry!
