The History of Bidwell Riverside Center In 1893, faithful Christians witnessed the pain and poverty of the poor citizens in Des Moines, Iowa. Child Development Center We are open from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm. There is a one time $15.00 registration fee per family. Our current weekly prices are as follows: 18 months – 2 year olds: $170 2 – 3 year olds: $ 150 3 – 5 year olds: $ 140 We also accept DHS and Promise Jobs funding.
